AdkinsTrak Timing is a full service event & race management company providing customized timing solutions to track & field, cross‐country, and road racing events. Founded in 1999, AdkinsTrak began with the goal of applying the latest in sports timing technology to all levels of events. AdkinsTrak services over 200 events annually providing a range of services, including custom timing software and solutions, on‐line registration, and scoreboard display services. AdkinsTrak’s event resume includes events such as the USA Track & Field National Junior Olympics (Track and Cross Country), AAU National Club Championships, NCAA Division III Indoor and Outdoor Championships, USATF Masters National Championships, Sea Ray Relays, Big Ten Cross Country Championships, and SEC Track and Cross Country Championships. Marchan Adkins

USATF National Level Certified Official with 22 years of experience operating FinishLynx timing equipment. Head Timer for several universities and large meets to include NCAA Division III Championships, Backup timer for NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, Head Timer for SEC Track and XC Championships and USATF National Championships for track and cross country. Adkins combines 31 years of professional IT experience with a wealth of coaching and timing experience. In 2008, the US Track Coaches Association selected Adkins as the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Men’s Assistant Coach of the Year. He was also selected as the National Assistant Coach of the Year out of all the regional selections that same year. Adkins retired from coaching in 2016 after winning three National Championships at Illinois Wesleyan University. Marchan is very active in both AAU and USA Track & Field as he contributes in various capacities to senior leadership in those organizations. In addition to serving as the exclusive timer for all USATF National Youth Championships, Marchan also holds National Vice‐Chair of Athletics, Central District Lt. Governor, and Central District Track & Field Chairman for AAU. He is based in Roswell, GA. Byron Turner

USATF National Level Certified Official, Byron Turner has been in the timing business since 2008 and has established a niche on the technology side. Since joining forces in 2013, his demonstration of leadership catapulted him into senior leadership with Adkins Trak. Since joining the organization, the company has been able to deliver many more capabilities at premier meets and is now sought after by several major universities to service as official timing service provider. Byron Turner is also a retired Army Quartermaster officer, where his experience in logistics has assisted Adkins Trak in growth in the areas of meet planning, personnel allocation, contract management and asset movement. Byron has also provided his logistical experience to United States of America Track and Field (USATF). He served as Assistant Men’s team manager for Team USA at 2012 NACAC U23 meet in Mexico and held same position in 2015 at the Jr. Pan Am Championship in Canada. Finally, Byron has been used by USATF in their “We are USATF” campaign and currently his image is used with all USATF Club memberships. Leroy Brisco

A former High School Teacher and Coach, Leroy brings several years of experience to the timing arena. He is a former standout track athlete at Southern University where he achieved All‐SWAC status in the Long Jump and Triple Jump with leaps of 26’2” and 52’10” respectively. A founding member of RedStix Timing, Leroy previously timed SWAC Conference Championships for over a decade in addition to several high profile meets throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. Leroy has the responsibility of managing all operations personnel at large meets and ensures all logistical responsibilities are completed. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He’s married to the lovely Pennie Brisco and they have two daughters who are also track standouts. His daughter Mikiah is the 2017 NCAA 100m Champion with several All‐American performances. Aliya Dibrell

A Sagittarius, born and raised in Oakland, CA. She is the CEO and Owner of AdkinsTrak West Timing. AdkinsTrak West has provided timing and meet management to AAU and USATF youth and adult clubs, high schools, and collegiate teams for the past decade. Aliya is a certified USATF official and Level 1 Coach. She coached and mentored athletes in a California Bay Area youth track club and high school team from 2001 through 2007. She has volunteered with the Tommie Smith Youth Athletics program since 2004 organizing and participating the Oakland, CA event as well as events in New Orleans, Washington DC, and Louisville. Aliya is the acting chair of the Oakland Invitational Relays Committee who hosts an annual meet which supports the Oakland Unified Schools track and field programs. Aliya loves the sport of track and dedicates her time, effort, and expertise in many ways. Aliya began her affiliation with AdkinsTrak in 2007. Since that time, she’s proven to be a most reliable and talented resource.
